doctorial statement
We believe in God the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ his only begotten son our Lord who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the virgin Mary and who suffered, blead, died and rose on the third day.
Therefore we believe in repentance of our sins, baptism in Jesus name for the removing of our sins, that we may receive from God the gift of the Holy Ghost. (Acts 2:38). We are required to live holy (2 Corinthians 7:1). And follow the example of Jesus Christ (1 Peter 2:13-25). Thereby overcoming the world through believing that Jesus is the son of God (1 John 5:1-20)
OUR STORY
In 2016 God call John and LaQuita Witherspoon to start a ministry in the Carolinas. Apostolic Fellowship Temple first broke ground ministering in Charolette, NC. 2017 moved to Gastonia, NC preaching and teaching the good news. In 2018 AFT relocated to Rock Hill, SC and continued the kingdom work and 2021 God planted AFT in Blythwood, SC, still ministering the good news, reaching out to fill the need of this community and doing the will of God.
